Children love to make silence! Providing opportunities, and activities for them to find the stillness within themselves deepens their self-awareness. The benefits of teaching peace naturally encourage children to communicate their thoughts and feelings easier as well as have compassion and empathy for others.
When we learn to love and accept ourselves as adults, we can begin to nurture a child's spirit allowing them to unveil their true potential. It is the universal harmony of unconditional love that reflects a child's light.
We celebrate each child exactly where they are developmentally giving them the freedom to grow. It is in this space of freedom where children can authentically be themselves and honor who they are. As they begin to accept themselves, children begin to respect others and honor all living things.
